Summary
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Xiracom's products, including XiHub and Channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the platform
You agree to use XiHub and Channels only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your institution's policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Certain features require an account created through your institution or by self-registration. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Content ownership
Course materials, assignments, and messages you upload remain your property or your institution's property. By posting content, you grant Xiracom a limited license to store and display it within the platform for the purpose of delivering the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to distribute harmful, infringing, or unlawful content, attempt to disrupt service availability, or access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep XiHub and Channels available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Xiracom provides the platform on an 'as is' basis and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
